Mourning Geckos
Lepidodactylus lugubris
Mourning Geckos come from the South Pacific islands, in Central and South America, and Hawaii. They are easy to care for, but are tiny and generally do not like to be handled.
Mourning geckos are parthenogenetic, which means they do no need males to reproduce.
Unlike most reptiles, Mourning Geckos actually do better when housed together.
